Returns Policy

How to Return an Item

Step 1: To start your return process, please contact us using the return page
When contacting us please include your original date of purchase, order number, email address, and reason for return.

Step 2: Return your items to our processing center. You may use any trackable shipping method to return your items. You may use USPS, UPS, Fedex or any other carrier you wish. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

Step 3: Once your return has been received by our returns department, please allow up to seven days for your cashback refund to be processed to the original payment method.


 

Return / Exchange Policy:
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of your purchase date for a cashback refund or exchange.
If a product is defective or broken, please be prepared to provide a picture of the issue.

Restocking Fee:
All non-defective items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns for Bluetooth headsets, earphones, face cover (mask).

Refund of payment:
You will receive a refund for your order in the same method of payment you used to pay for your order. You will receive a cashback refund within 14 days.

Shipping charges:
Any and all shipping charges paid during your purchase are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

Items returned in unusable condition:
You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. any returns received that do not meet these specifications will not receive a refund for the order.
Non-qualifying returns include any item(s) marked on "sale" or sold as a "bogo" offer
